The atmosphere was welcoming with friendly staff, especially Zulema who made me feel at home. However, the strong smell of smoke and unkempt hallways were disappointing, making it hard to enjoy my time fully. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive moments.

Super helpful staff!
The staff late at night were amazing! They helped me so much on the phone, like a real hero. The room was clean and nice. The snack bar had some good snacks too. Just wish it was a bit quieter at night—some noise from outside, wasn't too great. Still, I'll remember their awesome service for sure!

We had a fantastic time during our stay, especially enjoying the large pool and cozy fire pit in the evenings. The place is perfect for unwinding, though, wish the breakfast had a bit more variety. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice for a family getaway! 🌟

The stay was a last-minute decision. I was thankful for the proximity to family and appreciated the friendly staff who made check-in smooth. The situation with the parking was a bit frustrating, but the responsive service helped ease the stress. I double-checked some pillows after seeing my child get a rash. I only hope for better accommodations next time.
The room had several issues impacting comfort. The bathroom facilities were not in the best shape, and access was challenging after hours. I faced difficulties with the room keys, which added to the inconvenience of my stay.

We stayed for three nights, and while the hotel was basic, the free breakfast saved us, and the hot shower had excellent pressure. Really appreciated the clean room atmosphere, though the musty smell was a bummer.

We recently stayed for 2 nights with our five children. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Brookfield Zoo. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. The rooms were simple but clean, and the kids loved the cable TV for entertainment.
My kids wished the breakfast offerings could be expanded for families. We had difficulty finding enough parking for our two vehicles, and the pool hours could be more family-friendly.

I booked a King Room Non-Smoking for a night. The room was clean and spacious, really appreciated that after a long day of travel. Staff members at the front desk were friendly and helped with my early check-in. The location is convenient for accessing the highway, which made my travel plans much easier. The only downside was the breakfast options. they were quite basic with just some bagels and cereal. A bit more variety would have been nice. Overall, a solid choice for a quick stay. Would recommend it for anyone needing a simple, clean place to rest.

Solo traveler find some gems here
First off I gotta say the staff they were really good. I mean I felt like I was family you know? Especially this one guy at the front desk who had a real knack for making you smile even if life is dragging you down. The room was spacious enough for me and my fur babies and cleaned so well there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. It felt more like a home rather than just a basic spot to crash for the night.
It wasn't the cheapest place around but for what I got it was still bearable.
